I have a group of 4 heading from Singapore to the Shanghai Expo in late June. After 4 days, we are hoping to head to Hangzhou for 2 days, staying over for at least 1 night. Can u suggest
a) a nice 4 or 5 star hotel, ideally by the West Lake, that costs no more than US$100/ double room night ?
b) a couple of good restaurants serving the local Chinese cuisine, ideally places that are of some particular interest, or have a good scenic view ?
c) suggest how (and where, witout having to queue at the train stations) we can purchase 1st class return train tickets ? also, do they accept international credit cards ?
Much thanks in advance. Sam
