Good day! Question? i have a friend from china her name is Jane she have fiance from USA one of the requirement of the fiance visa is the fingerprint card and NBI form. But she said to me she can't get finger print card and NBI form in china because they dont have this thing, is it posible for her to get NBI form and finger print here in philippines? if she can how? if not please tell us where she can posible get this thing.
