About:China Embassy in Thailand

hi,
i am an iranian student ,living in Bangkok,thailand .can i apply for a hongkong visa from the chinese embassy??
and i like to know about the multi-ntry visa with 12 months validity, is that for everyone to or specific conditions apply on that?

you can apply for Hong Kong visa from the Chinese embassy in Bangkok if you study in Bangkok, however, it is hard to get multiple-entry visa valid for 12 months.
