i am a uk passport holder on a 90 day landing permit in japan. i am on holiday here in japan. please could you let me know if i can obtain a chinese tourist L visa in japan. i would like to take the ferry to shanghai. i am in nagoya. do i need to travel to tokyo chinese embassy or can i go to a travel agency in nagoya. i have been to a couple of agencies so far who were not able to help and i have been to the chinese consulate in nagoya. do you know roughly how long it takes to process the application?
