About:Mounigou Valley

Can someone please recommend a way to travel between Huanglong, Mounigou and Jiuzhaigou? Like which place to go first, how to get to these places (bus/taxi)?

Jiuzhaigou => Mounigou => Huanglong
Most of the time, you need to chart a van or take a taxi. If you can have other people heading for the same direction, you can share the cost then. For a first timer, it is a little hard to get to know where to take a bus and which bus to take. As most of the time, the buses do not have them as departure station or arrival station. Buses just pass by.
