Take train K182 from Baise to Liuzhou, about 6 hours. Then get to Liuzhou South Bus Station. It has buses to Sanjiang.0

Well, Guilin is closer to Sanjiang (about 155km). You can also consider to get off the train at Guilin and then get to Guilin Bus Station to find the bus.0
