About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I am a Singapore PR with Indian passport. My son is studying in India with indian passport. If we need to apply for china & hong kong visa, can I apply from singapore?

You need to apply for visa to Mainland China, you don't need a visa to Hong Kong if you plan to stay in Hong Kong for less than 14 days. You can apply for China visa from Singapore because you hold Singapore PR.
