About:China Tourist Visa

Am I able to mail my application to Consulate in Calgary from Grande Cache AB with passport information and pictuire. or do I need to apply in person? What is the cost for dual entry visa from Calgary to Beijing with travel to Handan and back with Handan resident.

Consulate-General of China in Calgary doesn't accept visa application by mail, you may come to the consulate for application, or send a representative to apply for you. The visa fee for double-entry visa is 75CAD. Do you mean the Handan city in Hebei Province? If so, you just need to apply for single-entry visa.
