About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Good afternoon dear sir!
I wanted to ask can I issue the Chinese visa from Egypt, if I am citizen of Uzbekistan, cause last 3 months i am residing in Egypt with tourist visa.

I think that it is possible for you to apply for China visa in Egypt because you hold Egyptian tourist visa, as I know, Foreigners other than Egyptians should have valid Egypt visas or valid Residence Permits in Egypt.
