Where can I get a tailor that can finish tailoring my clothes within 4 days?

Time is too short. You can try to ask some if they can finish in this short time. It maybe possible if the tailor shop are not busy. When the clothes is done, you should try one and the tailor will change some places if it doesnot fit very well. It takes some time either.
