1. yes, you can only apply for your visa on the List of travel agencies designated this website because Gyeonggi-do is under the consular districts of Chinese Embassy in Seoul.

2. you need to prepare the following documents for your L visa application:
valid original passport with at least two blank visa pages and at least 6-month validity.

One recently taken passport-sized photograph affixed to the visa form which shows entire face, without a hat .

One completed Chinese Visa Application Form (click here to download) signed by THE applicant

round-trip air tickets

copy of your work permit in Suwon.

The earlist date for you to apply for China L visa is 18th April. You'd better apply for it in the middle of May.

Dear Mr. Steve,

Thanks for your efficiency in replying my reply. It is very helpful for me as foreigner.

I have some more questions:
1. I cannot find the download file of the China Visa Application Form (can you give me the link)?

2. For the document needed, round-trip air tickets, can I used booking air ticket?

3. For the document needed, a copy of work permit in Suwon, is it Working Visa (E3) visa in my passport?

4. I don't need accomodation booking as a document for visa application?

5. For the list of travel agencies designated, is there any travel agency where I can apply for China Visa in Suwon city area?

6. The visa fees for single entry is 35,000won, and the travel agency fees should not be more than 20,000won. Is that correct?

7. Do I need to buy my air ticket with the travel agency then they only able to help me process the China Visa? is it depend on the travel agency?

Thank you,

5. I can't read the Korean version, so I don't know the travel agency in Suwon

6. yes, the service fee of the travel agency designated by the consular office of China Embassy in Seoul should not more than 20,000 wons.
