yes, you can re-enter China when you are fit and healthy. For L visa application, the Foreigner's Medical examination is not required, you can click No Tuberculosis on the visa applicaiton form, then you can get the L visa easily because you own property in China and has a Chinese daughter.

Dear Peter,

thank you for your prompt reply, one last question, what is the exact regulation regarding re-entering China if you had Tuberculosis in the past;

Do you have to show that you did follow a treatment..??how does this work, also i would guess that if u have been deported for tuberculosis this will somhow show up with your passport number...no..??

thanks for letting me know..
