Ms.Wong, For Malaysian Applicants in Singapore, the visa fee is 50 Singapore dollars for single entry, 75 for double entry, 100 for multiple-entry valid for half a year, 150 for multiple-entry valid for a year. You can submit the copy of EP and WP, the original ones will be returned to you after the visa office check them when you submit the application.
