About:China Visa on Arrival

My friends and I would like to go to China on a business trip.
Our plan was to apply for a 30days VOA at shenzhen, then go to Guang Zhou to attend the fair trade. (and maybe some leisure on some part of china after that)
But as I know, VOA for 3days from ShenZhen only allows the bearer to only stay at Shenzhen.

My question is: Does the 30days VOA at shenzhen will allow the bearer to travel across mainland, or just shenzhen.
If it's only shenzhen, there might be a problem.

You can't get a visa on arrival in Shenzhen which permits 30 days stay in Mainland China, please apply for a visa in Indonesia before going to Mainland China, in order to improve the development of Shenzhen, a special economic zone, Shenzhen can only issue visa-on-arrival valid for 5 days.

The visa on arrival issued by Zhuhai entry port is only valid for 3 days and you can only use it to stay in Zhuhai, you can't travel across Mainland China.

If you have the visa notification from authorized government office which permits you to apply for visa-on-arrival valid for 30 days or more, you can apply for it at the entry ports of Shenzhen or Zhuhai, otherwise, the visa-on-arrival issued by Shenzhen entry port is only valid for 5 days, the visa-on-arrival issued by Zhuhai entry port is only valid for 3 days.
