Question

I've been in china for 8 years as a student with X visa and still in china now. But now i registered a company in china by myself and I want to change my visa from X (student) to Z (working visa).Please, could anyone tell me the requirement to apply for the working visa?Thank you

You should first get a Business License, then get Alien Employment License issued by the Ministry of Labor & Social Security, Government of China, at last you should go to the Economy and Commerce Office or Foreign Affaires Office to get a visa notification.
