You don't need a visa to Hong Kong because Thailand passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 90 days. You need a visa to Beijing, Mainland China, you can apply for it at Chinese embassy in Bangkok or consulate in Chiang Mai or Songkhla.
