Hi,

I am from India.

Is it possible to live with 6,400 RMB per month,in shenyang? (It's for 2 people).

Yes，I think it is enought. In fact, it depends on what do you do during this month, including traffic expense, food, clothes, daily use, entertainment. For basic need, it is enough.
