About:China Visa on Arrival

due to a the turmoil in bangkok, our meeting venue has changed from bangkok to shz and i have to be at shz on 20/4 morning for 2 days. iama malaysian passport holder, can i get a visa on arrival at shekou. my multiple visa to china just expired recently and i have never been rejected for achina visa before. thank you.

yes, it is possible for Malaysian to apply for a visa on arrival in Shenzhen. The visa is only valid for 5 days in Shenzhen.

thanks sam,in this case do i need any special documents/letters from china parties for the voa? i'll be taking the ferry from hk to shekou, are the return ferry and flight tickets good enough evidence? thanks

it is not hard to get a visa on arrival in Shenzhen, the letter from China parties is not required, you just need to fill one visa application card, submit your passport, answer some question, then you can get the visa on arrival, it takes about 10 minutes, maybe the onward flight ticket is required.
