Can somebody tell me if the Airport Express (single journey) ticket with a promo for group tickets can be bought in advance online? If online, where do I claim the card itself?

I checked the MTR website but there is no information if I can buy the group ticket online. They also doesn't have an email address where I can send directly my inquiries.
