What the difference between RMB and CNY? Is RMB 100 the same as CNY 100? Can I take a shower at soft sleeper train? thank.

Yes, CNY and RMB are the same in meaning, which are just two different expression ways. You can take a shower if there is separate bathroom on the train. So far as I know, independent toilet is only available in Luxury Soft Sleeper compartment on some trains, such as Beijing-Lhasa trains, and Shanghai-Hong Kong trains. On the common trains, only the public toilet is equipped.
