About:Chinese Embassy in Portugal

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a Portugese, i am going to marry with my Hong Kong girlfriend in Portugal, what she has to do and prepared to marry with me in Portugal?

Hi, i read the website but i can't find any information and even no opening hours of the china Embassy?

Mr.Aurelio, she needs to prepare the following documents for make marriage with you in Portuagal: her original passport, Portugal residence permit and its copy, if she doesn't have the residence permit, she can asks for help from Chinese embassy or consulate in Portugal, marriage photo, single status certificate. You'd better go to the local notary office to enquire it or enquire a lawyer, many information is in Portuguese, I can't read it.

complementarity, she don't need to prepare the marriage photo, when she arrives in Portugal, you can take the photo together.

thanks peter,we go to local office on friday, they said my gf's birth certificate is not ok, my gf is born in china and she don't have birth certificate, she do a declaration for the birth certificate but the staffs said it is not good. We will go to China Embassy to check what she can do, any one have experience of this situation?
