About:China Southern Airlines
i had to change my travel date to fly from Beijing to dubai. but i need to pay the fare difference in Beijing to confirm my seat. i am in yantai, shandong right now. could i possibly ask someone in dubai to pay for me? i do not know someone in Beijing and the airline has no office in my city.
