About:Embassy & Consulates of South Korea in China

Hello, my name is Dinara. I am a citizen of Kazakhstan studying in Beijing. Next month i want to travel to South Korea. I was told for foreigners living China the only way to apply is with the help of travel agency, but the problem is they charge too expensive. Can i apply myself to the embassy myself and which kind of documents do i need to bring to the embassy in order to apply for the visa?

Thanks in advance,
Dinara
