I'm working/living in Kiev (Ukraine).
I'm from South Korea

But I've been assigned to tranfer to China office in July
In this case, can I apply for working visa(Z)in Ukraine? though I'm foreigner?
My family as well??

Also, No need "health check certificate?"
Becuase there is not indicated in the Z visa required list (in official site)

Actually, I wanted to ask to chines consulate in Kiev.
But there is no contact no.
