Hello,Ms.Angel
The crime rate of Hong Kong is very low. It is safe there. Hotels with many bars around are safe. Donot be afraid.
1. Do you mean China Ferry Terminal or Hong Kong Macau Passenger Ferry Terminal to Mongkok Hotel?
2. From the hotel to Avenue of Stars. That's easy. Just take mtr. As the hotel is next to Prince Edward mtr Station and Avenue of Stars can be reached from TST mtr Station. So take a ride on Tsuen Wan Line from Prince Edward to TST. Remember to get out from Exit G rather than other 9 exits. Same way back.
3. Madame Tussauds is set at the Victoria Peak. From the hotel to the peak, use mtr again plus peak tram. Start from Prince Edward mtr station to Central mtr station. And then make your way to the J2 exit of the Central MTR station. Turn right, through Chater Garden, cross Queen's Road Central and make your way up Garden Road. You will reach the peak tram terminus after a short walk. Same way back.
4. Transfer between the hotel and disneyland is rather easy. Just ride on mtr. Refer to the site of hong kong mtr map:

5. From the hotel to Ocean Park. Take mtr first from Prince Edward station to Admiralty and then Ocean Park exclusive bus route 629.
