Do you mean Guangzhou East Railway Station? If so, please hire a cab (CNY10) or walk along the Linhe Xi Road (20minutes)to the Tianhe Terminal at CITIC Plaza (中信广场), and then you could take the shuttle bus Line 6A taking you to the airport directly.
