Dear Sir,I am Hemant Shah Working with Harsha Engineers Limited, Ahmedabad Gujarat India. Our company is going to set up or establishing wholly foreign invested Enterprise at changshu and business licence applied and awaiting for license. Looking to the above facts, we need to send more and more personnel for setting up the new venture at China. Mr.Hemant Shah, you should get the business license first, then go to the Bureaus of Economy and Commerce in Changshu to apply for visa notification for your emplyees, then apply for Alien Employment License in the Ministry of Labor & Social Security, when you have gotten the two documents for your employee, then they can apply for work visa in India, after entry, they can apply for residence permit, generally valid for 1 year.
