Hello, We would like to apply a visa for my friend (Malaysian with working permit in Singapore) who will be travelling this Sunday.  How much is the express fee and if we submit on Thursday, can we get it by Friday?Thanks.

the Chinese embassy in Singapore only provide 3 working days express service, 2 working days urgent service is not available, so you can't get a visa on Friday if you submit it on Thursday. 35 Singaporean dollars are charged for th 3 working days express service.
