my brother is in jeddah saudi arabia .....he got the admission letter and jw202 form and where should he apply now in jeddah or he should apply in riyad .....i have see the information that there are 2  Visa Agencies which are in riyad only now in jeddah ...so i want to ask how should he apply now ....should he go to riyad personally or he can mail to them ...plz say me or can he apply in jeedah consulate only .....

Mr.mohammed, your brother can still apply for China study visa (X visa) at Consulate General of China in Jeddah. Now, the 2 offices in Riyah only accept visa application from applicants who are under the consular jurisdiction of China embassy in Riyad.
