What is the most economical way & Transportation going to canton from Shanghai

From Shanghai,you could take a train to get to Guangzhou. The fastest train takes about 16 hours only. The fare is CNY355~CNY380/hard-sleeper. Actually, during some travel low season, you could purchase a flight ticket to Guangzhou at a nice discounted-price.
