I have been in China since 1st Dec 09 and married my Chinese wife in March.
The local PSB in Tonghua, Jilin advise me that I need to leave China at the end of June and renew my visa in another country.
Do I need to submit my application for a 12 month L spousal visa via an approved agency in Seoul or can I personally apply in the Embassy ?
If via an agency can they turnround my application in 24 hours as my wife will be waiting in Beijing ?
