Question

I have been in China since 1st Dec 09 and married my Chinese wife in March.The local PSB in Tonghua, Jilin advise me that I need to leave China at the end of June and renew my visa in another country.Do I need to submit my application for a 12 month L spousal visa via an approved agency in Seoul or can I personally apply in the Embassy ?If via an agency can they turnround my application in 24 hours as my wife will be waiting in Beijing ?Peter

Mr.PETERCC0, you can't apply for multiple entry L visa personally at China embassy in Seoul, you should apply for L visa through an approved travel agency. I think the most express service is two working days.
