About:China Eastern Airlines

I booked an online return ticket for Hong Kong - Shanghai sector online by myself, now for some reason i wish to cancel the ticket, but there doesn't seem to b an option for cancellation and refund on the website. I called their Shanghai service No and followed up their Indian office as well, but no help.

Could anyone plz guide m as to how can i get cancellation done and get the refund.

In that case, you would better contact the airlines directly. So far as I know, for some special price tickets, there would be no refund if cancelled.
