Ms.Teh, you have to go to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center to apply for China visa, China embassy in Kuala Lumpur has stopped to accept ordinary China visa application, such as tourist visa, business visa, work visa, student visa, transit visa. If you hold a diplomatic, official/service passport, you can go to the China embassy directly.
