From Shanghai to Hangzhou Airport, you could go to purchase the bus ticket one day in advance at the Shanghai Huangpu Tourist Station. This tourist station is located at the Nanpu Bridge. You could get there by bus or by metro Line 4 (Exit 1 of Nanpu Bridge station) directly.
