About:Hong Kong Travel

Hi.I would like to know do i have time in 5 hours to go from the Hong Kong airport to see the Great Big Budda statue &Po lin monastery and come back to the airport.If i have time,-what is the fastest way to go there and back.Thank you for your answer =)
