Ms.Kris, does the visa officer ask you to provide the air ticket when you collect your passport and visa back? if not, you can pick up your visa and passport directly. You'd better take them back on time, otherwise, the visa offcer at the embassy will damage the visa and passport if you don't pick them up for a week.

Yes, the visa officer asked me to provide my air ticket when i go to collect my passport and visa. Hopefully they won't cancel and damage my passport, I will go down to pick up today.
By the way, just wondering why the embassy telephone service line is always unavailable.
