About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

My wife ( who is from china ) will be traveling to China with our 9 month old baby in a few weeks. I will not be departing with them but will meet them in China and we will return togather. Are there any papers or procedures that she will need in order to allow the baby to exit the US with her? To return to the US?

Mr.Darren, I think that the Chinese visa, birth certificate and the USA passport of your baby are useful for him/her to exit USA with your wife and return to the USA. Your baby still need a visa to China if he/she holds a USA passport.
