Mr.Ravi, India passport holders enjoy 14 days visa free period in Hong Hong, you don't need a visa to Hong Kong, when you arrive at Hong Kong airport, the immigration officer will stamp 14 days stay permit on your passport, please apply for China visa before your departure, you won't face any problem in Hong Kong airport if you hold the China visa which can proves your next destination after Hong Kong and you won't overstay in Hong Kong.
