Dear Sir,My thai girlfriend will be meeting me in Hong Kong and then later go to Shenzhen together for holiday and sightseeing.  I understand that for Thai citizen, she does not require to apply for any visa application as Hong Kong is visa-excempt.  How about Shenzhen, China?  Must she apply visa application?  We will be in Shenzhen for about 6 - 7 days.  Will it be single or double entry visa application?  Must she give any reason for visa application (reason = holiday?)  We will then go back to Hong Kong for some sightseeing before departing back to Bangkok. Please advise. Thanks! D.

Mr.Daniel, she must apply for a China tourist visa (L visa) to Shenzhen, China, she can apply for single-entry tourist visa, she can give the reason for holiday. L visa is issued to aliens who come to China for sightseeing, family visit or personal affaires.
