About:Huaqing Palace

Hello,
My sister and I will be coming to Xi'an in mid-April. We plan on climbing Mt.Hua Shan during the day, spending the night at the East Peak, then waking up early to see the sunrise and start the hike back down.

We would like to stop at Huaqing Hot Springs on our way back, in the afternoon. Is there a bus we can take that will stop here? Has anyone done this and have any suggestions?

Thank you very much!

Hi Andy,

Thank you for your response. However, I am looking for a bus to go to the Huaqing Hot Springs, not the terracotta warriors once we finish hiking.

Any suggestions?

Ms.Kelly,
It is easy for you to go to Huaqing Hot Springs from Xi’an. Just get back from Mt.Huashan to Xi’an Railway Station by train. Then go to the East Railway Station Square to take No.306 bus to Huaqing Hot Springs.

Hi,
There has been no regular buses run by the government which travel from the Mt.Huashan to the Terracotta so far, but you can travel to the Terracotta by private bus at the long-distance bus station of Hua county.
