Mr.kumar, first, you should prepare the following documents:
1. Applicants' original passport with at least 6 months validity and 2 blank visa pages, copy of their passport's data pages
2. Each applicant should fill in one Visa Application Form attached with one recent passport photo
3. A No-objection letter from the applicant's company stating his or her position, monthly or yearly salary;
4. Photocopy of a confirmed return air ticket
5. Qatar residence permit and its copy.
