About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Hello,

I am interested to know if it will be easy for me to apply for permanent residence permit here in China. I've stayed in China from June2006-Oct.2008 single before I married Nov. 2008 until now. From the time I stayed in China when I was single. Will they count the number of years I have stayed during those times I'm still single?

I would also like to know, if I apply for chinese residence permit, will it affect my nationality as Filipino?

What are the documents we may need to acquire this permit?

And how much money we have to spend and pay for the application. Thank yoou.

Ms.Jhem, you are not qualified to apply for Permanent Residence Permit, please read the article carfully, even though are the spouse of a Chinese citizen, your marriage should have lasted for five years, and you have lived in China for five years in a row, the annual stay in China being no shorter than nine months, and you have stable and secured living status and place to live, then you are qualified to apply for Permanent Residence Permit.

The Chinese Permanent Residence Permit won't affect your nationality as Filipino.

When you apply for Permanent Residence Permit, you should pay 1,500 RMB for the application fee, if your application is approved, you should pay extra 300 RMB for the Permanent Residence Permit
