Mr. Johnnash: My husband is working in China for two years now. What kind of Visa should I get in order to go there. Shall I apply for a tourist visa or can I apply for Dependent Visa? What are the requirements?

Mrs.Beth, if you want to stay in China for a long time, you'd better apply for work visa as dependants, if you just want to visit your husband for about 30 days, you can apply for a tourist visa. Copy of your husband's residence permit and his passport's data pages are required. The marriage license is also required.
