I went china last december 2008 by invitation a govt. office in china. I've normal passport but my profession is pointed as govt. service.
I want to visite china again, but i've not good bank balance.
How can i get chinese visa for 7 days?

Ms.zinia, if you don't have the invitation letter from a government office in China this time, it is not easy to get a China tourist visa because you don't have good bank balance, the six-month bank statement is required for tourist visa application.
