Question

Hi! My name is Jerico from the Philippines. I intend to attend a conference in Shantou University in Guagdong on the 16th of April. I haven't applied for a visa and my problem is I only got a passport, invitation from the conference, company ID, cert of employment and the round trip ticket. I don't have a SSS id and TIN id as I was informed that it could take me long to process these. Can I already apply for a visa?

Mr.Jerico, if it is your first time to visit China, the SSS id and TIN are required for business visa application. If you don't provide them, maybe your application will be denied.
