About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

Hie! I am a young man who has just completed Cambridge "A" level and passed with 6 points. I would like to enrol as an Undergraduate at any University that offers Aircraft Engineering or Civil Engineering. I would prefer Universities that can enrol me for the First Semester in August/September 2010.
