How can I travel from Hualien to Kenting in the shortest and cheapest way possible?

At Hulian Train Station, you could take the Formosa Star Luxury tourism train 2080 from Hualian to get to Fangliao Train Station firstly in 4.5 hours. Then, exit from the train station, there is the Kenting BUs Station on the square. It will drive you to Kenting quickly.

On the other hand, you could take other trains from Hualian to get to Kaohslung and then transfer to Kenting by bus. This way will take more 30~40 minutes than above one, but more trains are supplied from Hualian to Kaohslung.
