About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Could anyone please tell me about China's copyright laws.

I need to know if photographs taken in Tibet inside the grounds of monasteries, the Potala, the Norbulinka Palace and Namtso National Park require official permission to be used commercially.

Any help would be much appreciated - Thank you.
