About:China Visa

hi
my husband has a chance to work in china for 2 yrs. i hope to join him there and eventually get a job as well. how should i go about doing so?

Ms.MOMOCHAN, you should apply for work visa as your husband's accompanying family members, if your husband has not applied for work visa, you can apply for work visa together with him, you need to prepare the following documents:
1. One completely filled out visa application form. No item should be blank .

2. One recently taken 2X2 in. photo showing entire face and without a hat on. Please affix the photo to the application form.

3. Original passport with at least 2 blank visa pages and valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of application.

4. original and copy of Marriage Certificate

if your husband has obtained the work visa, the copy of his work visa is also required when you apply for work visa.
