Firsitly, please considering taking the intercity coaches from Pudong Airport to downtown Hangzhou directly if you could catch one of the buses. Alternatively, when you arrive at Pudong, please take the shuttle bus Line 7 to Shanghai South Railway Station, where you could catch a bullet train to get to Hangzhou South Railway Station. The hotel is located no more than 3km away from Hangzhou South Railway Station, so a cab could drive you to get there quickly.
Ps: you should purchase the train ticket to Hangzhou South Railway Station in Xiaoshan District, not to Hangzhou Railway Station in downtown area.
