About:Shanghai Travel

Hi There

My wife and I are arriving Shanghai Pudong Internatioal Airport late afternoon. We need to go Hangzhou and then to Xiaoshan International Hotel at No 1 Wenhua Road, Xiaoshan, Hangzhou. Please advise us the best form of transport. Many thanks.

Firsitly, please considering taking the intercity coaches from Pudong Airport to downtown Hangzhou directly if you could catch one of the buses. Then, please hire a cab driving to the hotel in Xiaoshan District. Find the bus schedule on this page: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/shanghai/transportation/airport-shuttle-bus.htm

Alternatively, when you arrive at Pudong, please take the shuttle bus Line 7 to Shanghai South Railway Station, where you could catch a bullet train to get to Hangzhou South Railway Station. The hotel is located no more than 3km away from Hangzhou South Railway Station, so a cab could drive you to get there quickly.
Ps: you should purchase the train ticket to Hangzhou South Railway Station in Xiaoshan District, not to Hangzhou Railway Station in downtown area.
